General Terms and Conditions of Sale
May 1, 2026
01.Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the purchase of prepaid credits on the Pix2Clip service operated by QR Communication, an SAS registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register, SIREN 940 163 496, with its registered office at 23 rue de Richelieu, 75001 Paris. The Pix2Clip service allows users to buy credit packs to generate content via artificial intelligence (video, image, music, voice, voice cloning, voice design). No subscription is offered: only one-time pack purchases are available. These GTC apply to any order placed from the date of their publication and prevail over any other condition appearing on any document issued by the buyer. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these GTC, in accordance with Article 1119 of the French Civil Code.
02.Packs and Prices
The credit packs offered for sale are the following, expressed in euros including all taxes (French VAT at the standard rate of 20% included): Starter pack, 10 credits for €9 incl. VAT; Creator pack, 50 credits for €39 incl. VAT; Professional pack, 150 credits for €99 incl. VAT; Enterprise pack, 500 credits for €290 incl. VAT. Prices are guaranteed as displayed at the time of order validation. QR Communication reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being specified that packs will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is recorded. Purchased credits have no expiry date and remain available in the user's account as long as it remains active.
03.Order Process and Payment
The user selects the desired pack from the pricing page and is then redirected to the secure Viva Wallet payment platform, operated by Viva Payment Services SA (Greece), a licensed payment services provider. Payment is made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. No complete card data is stored by QR Communication. Once the payment is validated, credits are automatically added to the user's account, generally within one minute of Viva Wallet's confirmation. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the registered address. If the payment fails or is declined by the bank, the order is cancelled and no credits are delivered.
04.Electronic Invoicing
An electronic invoice is issued for each validated order, in accordance with Articles 289 and 289 bis of the French General Tax Code. The invoice includes the publisher's company name, SIREN number, registered office address, the amount excluding taxes, the rate and amount of VAT, the total including all taxes, and the nature of the pack purchased. The invoice is made available to the user in their personal area and is also sent by email. In accordance with Article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code, QR Communication retains invoices for ten years. Professional users are advised to retain their own copies for accounting and tax purposes.
05.Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal provided for in Article L221-18 cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. By purchasing a credit pack, the consumer expressly acknowledges that credits are made available immediately upon payment confirmation, accepts that performance begins at that moment, and expressly waives the right of withdrawal for credits consumed. Unused credits may be subject to a refund request within fourteen days of purchase; already-used credits are non-refundable.
06.Liability and Disputes
QR Communication undertakes to provide the service with reasonable diligence. Its liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure, unavailability of third-party suppliers (in particular the MiniMax generation API), or misuse of the service by the user. In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge: MEDICYS, 73 boulevard de Clichy, 75009 Paris, www.medicys.fr. Failing amicable resolution, any consumer dispute shall be brought before the court of the consumer's domicile or the place of performance of the contract. For professional users, and in accordance with Article 48 of the French Code of Civil Procedure, any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. French law shall apply.
