Article 1 — Services Offered

PIX2CLIP offers an AI-powered visual content generation service (videos and images). The Service is accessible through monthly subscriptions and individually purchasable credit packs.

Article 2 — Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes on the site's pricing page. PIX2CLIP reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. Price changes do not apply to already validated orders or current subscriptions.

Article 3 — Payment

Payment is made online by credit card through a secure payment provider. Payment is due immediately upon ordering for credit packs. Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary date.

Article 4 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement. By accepting the immediate use of credits, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

Article 5 — Warranties

PIX2CLIP commits to providing the Service with diligence. In case of technical failure preventing generation, consumed credits will be re-credited to your account. PIX2CLIP does not guarantee a specific result from AI generations.

Article 6 — Termination

You can terminate your subscription at any time from your account settings. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused credits from packs remain available after termination.
