The Pix2Clip application is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, whose registered office is located at Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, reachable through the contact details published at https://www.hetzner.com. Files generated by users (videos, images, audio) are stored on the S3 object storage infrastructure operated by Scaleway SAS, located at 8 rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France, in the fr-par (Paris) region. This setup ensures that user-generated content resides on servers located in France, while the application layer runs from a data centre located in Germany, both within the European Economic Area. Both hosting providers offer physical and logical security guarantees consistent with industry standards.
04.Intellectual Property
All elements appearing on the Pix2Clip website (architecture, source code, interface, trademarks, logos, texts, illustrations, demonstration videos, databases) are the exclusive property of QR Communication or are subject to a usage licence. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from the publisher, except for the exceptions provided for in Articles L122-5 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. The trademarks and logos displayed are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement, sanctioned by Articles L335-2 et seq. of the same code. Content generated by the user through the service remains subject to the conditions set out in the Terms of Use.
