01.Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Pix2Clip service, an artificial intelligence content generation platform operated by QR Communication (SAS, SIREN 940 163 496). By creating an account or using the service, the user acknowledges having read these Terms and accepts them without reservation. The Terms, together with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy, form the contractual framework applicable between the user and QR Communication. The publisher reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time; substantive amendments will be notified by email or via a banner in the interface at least fifteen days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
02.Access to the Service and Registration
Access to the service requires the creation of a personal account using a valid email address and a password meeting the security requirements displayed (minimum length, complexity). Passwords are stored in hashed form using the Argon2id algorithm. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of credentials and for any action taken from the account. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, the user must immediately reset their password and notify the publisher. The minimum age required is fifteen years; minors must have the consent of their legal representative. The service is not intended for persons subject to restrictive measures under applicable European regulations.
03.User Obligations and Prohibited Content
The user undertakes to use the service in a lawful and honest manner. The following are strictly prohibited, without this list being exhaustive: generation of child sexual abuse material (sanctioned by Article 227-23 of the French Criminal Code); hateful or discriminatory content (Law of 29 July 1881); defamatory or insulting content; infringing content violating third-party copyright or trademarks; deepfakes intended to deceive about a person's identity without their consent; terrorist content or content advocating terrorism; and content infringing the privacy of third parties. The user warrants that they hold all necessary rights over the content they upload (images, voices, texts) and shall indemnify QR Communication against any third-party action resulting from a breach of this warranty.
04.Intellectual Property of Generated Content
Subject to compliance with these Terms and the actual payment of the credits used, the user holds the exploitation rights over the content they generate via the service, to the extent such content is eligible for protection. The user may exploit such content for personal or commercial purposes. In return, the user grants QR Communication a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence limited to the legal term of protection, allowing it to store, process, transmit to AI providers and display the content in the personal area, strictly to the extent necessary to provide and improve the service. This licence confers no right of commercial reuse by QR Communication. The user acknowledges that AI-generated content may not be original and that its legal protection under copyright law may evolve.
05.Technical Prohibitions
The following practices are strictly prohibited: reselling, sharing or making an account or credits available to third parties; automated scraping of the site or its contents; using automated tools to place orders or consume credits outside the official interfaces; any attempt to circumvent technical limits, authentication mechanisms or credit counting systems; any attempt to intrude, alter or overload the infrastructure (denial-of-service attacks, injections, exploitation of vulnerabilities); use of the service to train a competing AI model. Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension of the account without refund of unused credits, and in civil and criminal proceedings.
06.Moderation, Suspension and Termination
QR Communication reserves the right to moderate generated content a posteriori and to suspend or terminate without notice any account in breach of these Terms, without prejudice to any damages that may be claimed. In the event of a serious breach (unlawful content, payment fraud, security breach), termination is immediate and unused credits are forfeited without compensation. The user may terminate their account at any time from their personal area or by written request to contact@qrcommunication.com. The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or permanently in the event of commercial discontinuation, with reasonable notice given by email. In the event of permanent discontinuation, unused credits will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
07.Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided 'as is', with no express or implied warranty as to the relevance, accuracy, originality or non-infringing nature of content generated by the artificial intelligence models. The user acknowledges that AI outputs may contain errors, biases or approximations and undertakes to verify them before any use. QR Communication's liability is expressly limited to direct and foreseeable damages, and capped at the total amount of credits purchased by the user during the twelve months preceding the triggering event. Indirect damages (loss of operation, loss of revenue, reputational harm) are excluded. This limitation does not apply in the case of gross or wilful misconduct, bodily injury, or breaches for which the law prohibits any exclusion.
