Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") define the terms and conditions of use of the PIX2CLIP service (hereinafter "the Service"), accessible at https://pix2clip.com, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

Article 2 — Access to the Service

The Service is freely accessible to any user with internet access. Registration is required to access generation features. Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Article 3 — Intellectual Property

Content generated by the user through the Service belongs to the user. The user grants PIX2CLIP a non-exclusive license for the technical processing necessary for the operation of the Service. All site elements (design, logos, texts, source code) remain the exclusive property of PIX2CLIP.

Article 4 — User Obligations

Users agree to use the Service in compliance with the law and these ToS. It is prohibited to: generate illegal, hateful content or content infringing on the rights of others; attempt to circumvent the Service's security measures; use the Service for spam or abusive automation; resell access to the Service without authorization.

Article 5 — Limitation of Liability

PIX2CLIP endeavors to ensure Service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. PIX2CLIP shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service, including loss of data or profits.

Article 6 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
